Jack Daniel's Butterscotch Pecan Pie

A friend of mine we'll call him, Shmoe, is awesome. He makes awesome music that you should listen to. It was his birthday this weekend and this Shmoe is a huge PieADay fan. He tried the 1st JD Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie and loved it. For his birthday this past weekend, I was going to bake that pie, but I wanted to switch it up so we decided on butterscotch. The substitution of butterscotch was incredible and melting them and coating the pecans in their melty goodness was one of the best decisions ever.

Everybody loved this pie. It was devoured in minutes. Those who had tried the chocolate chip version claimed this with butterscotch it was far superior.
